Clubhouse

BYSC boasts a relaxed clubhouse and meeting space, commercial kitchen and screened back porch with a bar. A massive deck off the porch enable members to capture a myriad of breathtaking sunsets. The clubhouse is available for member casual use and rentals, as well.

Grounds

Spacious grounds invite BYSC members and their children to socialize, relax and gather. There are two pavillions equipped with grills as well as ample seating areas, most with water views.

Pool

Members cool off on hot Lowcountry days in our 180,000 gallon saline pool while the kiddies spash in an adjacent pool of their own. The nearby bathhouse has restrooms, showers and changing facilities. Lifeguards are on duty during camps and peak periods.

Docks

Pull your boat up to the dock or simply catch a summer breeze on a stroll to the pavillion at the pier head. Long floating docks accomodate a variety of boats. Members can overnight on the docks three nights a month.

Boat Ramps

Our ramp for larger boats is separated by a floating ground out dock from our small unmotorized craft ramp and beach. Members appreciate how our ramps and storage pier together to get their boats from storage in the yard to the water in less time — with less stress.

Courts

Two tennis courts, six pickleball courts, and two Bocce courts allow members to hone their skills. Whether you play for fun or boast serious skills, the courts will give you endless enjoyment. Four lit courts extend the hours of play and equipment lending is available.

Club Boats

The BYSC has sailboats, kayaks and SUPS available for members to borrow.  

Boat Storage

Stop dragging your boat home after every use. The BYSC has ample low-cost storage for boats and equipment, including trailered boat spaces, dinghy and small boat racks, rowing shell racks, and shed storage.

Moorings

For members with larger boats , our low cost mooring field is the answer. Getting to the mooring is a breeze with the provided mooring tenders and moored boats can always stop by the docks to pick up supplies.
